Wine Travel & Destination Experiences
Go beyond the tasting room.
We create wine journeys built around the places, people, and stories that make a region worth discovering. Through more than 15 years in the wine industry, we've built relationships with winemakers, producers, and boutique wineries that allow us to take guests beyond the traditional tasting-room experience.
Closer to home, we curate winery tours throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with opportunities for barrel tastings, private visits, and conversations with the winemakers themselves. For those looking further afield, we create experiences in emerging and lesser-explored regions including Paso Robles, Oregon, and Washington State.
Internationally, we coordinate journeys through the great wine regions of Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal, with a particular connection to Rioja through our certified Rioja wine educator. Our relationships with small, independent producers allow us to create intimate experiences centered around discovery, access, and the people behind the bottle.

The Vinum House Table is our signature dinner series—an intimate gathering where exceptional wine, thoughtful food, and good conversation share equal billing. Each dinner is built around a single story: a region, a producer, a grape, or a point of view, brought to life through a carefully curated wine selection and a multi-course menu.
With limited seating and rotating chefs and locations, no two tables are quite the same. Guests can expect sommelier-led storytelling, wines worth discovering, and a dining experience designed to linger long after the last pour.
We also collaborate with trusted culinary partners, including Cru Table and Chef Christopher Perry, whose experience creating private dining experiences and chef-driven events brings an accomplished culinary perspective to the table.

Wine may be at the heart of Vinum House, but our curiosity doesn't stop there. As a WSET Level 2 Certified Spirits professional, Mary Montalvo brings the same thoughtful approach to bourbon, whiskey, and the wider world of spirits.
Vinum House offers intimate spirits classes, guided tastings, and dinner experiences designed around discovery—from exploring the differences between bourbon and whiskey to diving deeper into regions, producers, styles, and techniques. Each experience combines education with hospitality, making spirits approachable whether you're new to the category or already know your way around a dram.
